For UK orders
Our standard 48 hour* tracked delivery** which is £4.99 or Free for orders over £39

Express Delivery offers next-day tracked through our partners’ network. It is £6.99 (or £1,99 when ordering over £39). Express delivery is Monday to Friday delivery window only.
NEW: If you place an order before 6 pm and choose Express delivery, you will receive it the following business day.
Express delivery is not available for customers in Extended Delivery Zones.
For US Orders
From $29,99 and FREE for orders above $150
For the USA, we generally use Royal Mail to deliver to USPS. Delivery is normally around 5 to 7 days. Postage is free on orders over $150.
For EU Orders
Considering the recent changes in duties for goods coming into the European Union, we have opted for customs-free delivery for our customers.
This means that all customs clearance costs and the new tariff (3€ per HS Code) are already calculated at checkout (also see EU customs change from July 1 2026 below)
This ensures hassle-free delivery into the EU, with no further admin or customs duties payable upon receiving your parcel.
Delivery is normally around 5 to 7 days.
For Rest of World Orders
Delivery is normally up to 14 days.
We generally use Royal Mail Delivery Duty Paid service, which means delivery costs calculated at checkout include all customs duties payable.
For Canada: From CAN $44,99 and FREE for orders above CAN $150

EU Customs Change from 1 July 2026:
What It Means for Your Order
From 1 July 2026, the EU has changed how customs duty applies to parcels shipped from outside the EU, including orders from the UK. Here's what's changing and what it means for you.
What's changing?
Until 30 June 2026, orders under €150 shipped from the UK to an EU address could enter the EU without attracting any customs duty. From 1 July 2026, that exemption has been removed. Every order shipped from the UK to the EU is now subject to a small customs duty, regardless of value.
This is an EU-wide regulatory change — it isn't something Skinshop has chosen, and it applies to all businesses shipping into the EU from outside it, not just us.
How much is the new duty?
A flat €3 customs duty per product type in your order. This is a temporary flat-rate measure that applies until mid-2028, after which the EU moves to a permanent, fully digital customs system. For Skinshop, this currently means there are four types of products depending on their HS code.

Will I be charged extra at my door?
This duty is included in your order total at checkout: No. We collect this duty at checkout as part of your order total, so the price you pay is the price you pay — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Does this affect the VAT I already pay?
No. This is separate from VAT, which has applied to all UK-to-EU orders (regardless of value) since 2021 and is unchanged by this update. The new customs duty is an additional, much smaller charge on top.
Will my order cost more overall?
For most orders, the increase is small — typically 3 euros, depending on how many different products are in your basket. You'll see this itemised at checkout before you pay.
Does this apply to every EU country?
Yes, the change applies EU-wide. A small number of member states have also introduced their own additional national charges on top of the EU-wide duty — if that affects your country, we'll flag it at checkout.
Does this affect orders within the EU, or returns?
No. This only affects parcels entering the EU from outside it (such as from the UK). It doesn't affect orders already inside the EU, and it doesn't change our returns process.
