How to use

Use the pack as a simple daily routine across the skin and scalp.

For the skin: apply PSOregon Maintenance Cream twice daily to clean, dry skin over larger areas of the body and face, then apply PSOregon Intensive Serum to smaller, sore or stubborn patches, morning and evening. Use a small amount of serum and let it soak in.

For the scalp: wash with PSOregon Anti-Plaque Shampoo, massaging into a wet scalp and hair, rinsing and repeating, then follow with PSOregon Anti-Plaque Conditioner through the scalp and lengths, leaving on for two to three minutes before rinsing. Where you can, wrap wet hair in a warm towel for ten to fifteen minutes and let hair air-dry, which is gentler on a sensitive scalp.

Keep using all four on problem areas even when the skin and scalp are settled. Patch test before first use, introduce the serum gradually on the face and delicate areas, avoid the eye area and broken skin, and stop if any irritation occurs.

A few helpful habits: where you can, choose loose cotton clothing over synthetic or tight fabrics on affected areas, and cotton nightwear after applying your products in the evening, so the skin can breathe.

Anti-Plaque Shampoo

Massage PSOregon Anti-Plaque Shampoo into a wet scalp and hair until it lathers, rinse with warm water, then repeat. Use daily to cleanse the scalp and help lift away visible dry flakes, excess oil and build-up. It is gentle enough for frequent washing.

10. Can children use it?
