In2mate Complete Natural Care brings the full routine together — a gentle
non-perfumed wash, a light non-sticky moisturiser and a natural-feeling
lubricant — all over 99% natural and designed to work in unison.

Together they cleanse, rejuvenate, lubricate and balance: the wash and
moisturiser care for the external intimate skin, while the lubricant supports
internal comfort. The range shares the same intelligent actives — patented
PROTEOLEA® antioxidant and Biolin® prebiotic — to slow skin-cell damage,
boost good flora and reduce bad bacteria, all kept at a healthy pH of 4.5 or
below.

It's all about balance: balanced pH, balanced bacteria and intimate skin
restored to natural wellbeing. Dermatologically tested, vegan and made in

How to use

Use morning and evening as a complete routine.

Cleanse: wash the external intimate area with In2mate Wash while showering or bathing.
Moisturise: apply In2mate Moisturiser externally after washing and let it absorb.
Lubricate: apply In2mate Lubricant internally if dryness or soreness is present (and before exercise or sexual activity).
Allow 15–20 minutes between the moisturiser and lubricant so the moisturiser absorbs fully.

1. Can I use the in2mate products with HRT?

In2mate products are skincare for your intimate skin, they do not affect hormones and so should not interfere with HRT in any way. However if you are on prescribed HRT we recommend that you always consult your doctor before using any products alongside your prescriptions.

2. Can I use the in2mate products internally?

The In2mate Moisturiser and In2mate Wash are designed for external use only. They can be used on the external intimate area, including the vulval and labial skin, but should not be used internally.

In2mate Lubricant is the only product in the In2mate range designed for internal use. It can be used during sexual activity, before exercise, or whenever the vaginal area feels dry or uncomfortable.

The lubricant helps moisturise and lubricate the intimate area while supporting comfort and hydration. Regular use helps maintain soft, supple and comfortable intimate tissue and supports the natural condition of delicate intimate skin

3. I have noticed some curdling of the moisturiser, is this normal?

When used on its own, In2mate Moisturiser should not curdle. Occasionally, curdling may occur if In2mate Moisturiser and In2mate Lubricant are applied at the same time. This is because they are two different formulations designed for different purposes – the moisturiser for external use and the lubricant for internal use – and they are not intended to be applied simultaneously.

If curdling does occur, it does not affect the safety or performance of either product and is purely a cosmetic issue.

For best results, we recommend allowing the moisturiser to absorb fully before applying the lubricant. If you wish to use both products as part of your routine, wait approximately 15–20 minutes after applying In2mate Moisturiser before using In2mate Lubricant.

4. How and When to Use In2mate Products

In2mate Lubricant is designed for daily use and can be used whether or not you are sexually active.

Regular use helps keep intimate tissue feeling soft, supple and comfortable, while supporting everyday comfort during activities such as exercise, sexual activity and daily life.

6. Is In2mate lubricant sticky?

No. In2mate Lubricant is formulated to provide long-lasting lubrication and hydration without leaving a sticky or tacky feeling.

Its key lubricating ingredient is Levan, a naturally derived polysaccharide that forms a smooth, moisturising film on the skin and mucosal surfaces. This helps provide comfortable lubrication while maintaining hydration.

Many users find the texture light, smooth and comfortable, making it suitable for regular use whenever additional moisture and lubrication are needed.

7. Do In2mate products contain perfumes or silicone?

None of our In2mate products contains any perfumes. Neither so any of our In2mte products contain silicone.
