At its heart is the patented prebiotic Biolin, a combination of Inulin and Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharide that helps support a balanced intimate microbiome while respecting the natural environment of the intimate area. Combined with glycerin and mild cleansing agents, it leaves skin feeling clean, comfortable and refreshed after every use.

The formula is pH-optimised to 4.5 or below to suit the intimate area and is suitable for daily use. How to use

For best results, use morning and evening as part of your daily intimate care routine.

During your shower or bath, rinse the external intimate area with warm water.
Apply a small amount of In2mate Wash and gently cleanse the external intimate area and labia.
Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Use after exercise or excessive sweating, and before and after sexual activity.
Avoid perfumed intimate products and harsh soaps.
Follow with In2mate Moisturiser after shaving or waxing to help keep the skin comfortable and hydrated.

1. Can I use the in2mate products with HRT?

In2mate products are skincare for your intimate skin, they do not affect hormones and so should not interfere with HRT in any way. However if you are on prescribed HRT we recommend that you always consult your doctor before using any products alongside your prescriptions.

2. Can I use the in2mate products internally?

The In2mate Moisturiser and In2mate Wash are designed for external use only. They can be used on the external intimate area, including the vulval and labial skin, but should not be used internally.

In2mate Lubricant is the only product in the In2mate range designed for internal use. It can be used during sexual activity, before exercise, or whenever the vaginal area feels dry or uncomfortable.

The lubricant helps moisturise and lubricate the intimate area while supporting comfort and hydration. Regular use helps maintain soft, supple and comfortable intimate tissue and supports the natural condition of delicate intimate skin

3. I have noticed some curdling of the moisturiser, is this normal?

When used on its own, In2mate Moisturiser should not curdle. Occasionally, curdling may occur if In2mate Moisturiser and In2mate Lubricant are applied at the same time. This is because they are two different formulations designed for different purposes – the moisturiser for external use and the lubricant for internal use – and they are not intended to be applied simultaneously.

If curdling does occur, it does not affect the safety or performance of either product and is purely a cosmetic issue.

For best results, we recommend allowing the moisturiser to absorb fully before applying the lubricant. If you wish to use both products as part of your routine, wait approximately 15–20 minutes after applying In2mate Moisturiser before using In2mate Lubricant.

6. Is In2mate lubricant sticky?

No. In2mate Lubricant is formulated to provide long-lasting lubrication and hydration without leaving a sticky or tacky feeling.

Its key lubricating ingredient is Levan, a naturally derived polysaccharide that forms a smooth, moisturising film on the skin and mucosal surfaces. This helps provide comfortable lubrication while maintaining hydration.

Many users find the texture light, smooth and comfortable, making it suitable for regular use whenever additional moisture and lubrication are needed.

7. Do In2mate products contain perfumes or silicone?

None of our In2mate products contains any perfumes. Neither so any of our In2mte products contain silicone.
