How to use

First, massage PSOregon Anti-Plaque Shampoo into a wet scalp and hair until it lathers, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and repeat. Next, massage PSOregon Anti-Plaque Conditioner into the scalp and through the lengths, leave on for two to three minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Both products are gentle enough for daily and frequent use. If you have long or thick hair, concentrate the conditioner on the scalp and the areas that need the most care, then use your usual conditioner through the lengths if preferred. This helps care for the scalp while making each bottle last longer.
